Past saturday I went to my first show in months and I was really looking forward to it with Strike Anywhere being the headliner and my first chance to see The Loved Ones.
First band to play was The Real Danger, this new Dutch band blew me away with their mixture of Descendents and early Face To Face songs. Their cover of The Jams' In The City was nothing but amazing. I can recommend everyone to go and listen to this band.
The Loved Ones however disappointed me, Dave Hause seemed to be totally high on legal drugs. Their record are good but the live attitude of Dave (trying to act as funny as Blink182 guys) spoilt it for me.
Strike Anywhere made the evening allright, from the very first songs kids were singingalong, diving and moshing. The played lots of old songs as well as some new ones. Their performance was somemuch better from when I first saw them five years ago. Great!

Sounds like a fun show. Strike Anywhere are amazing. I've seen them live twice, both times its been awesome.
The last time they played Toronto Thomas invited everyone to join him on the stage for the last song. Complete chaos ensued, one of the best moments i've been involved with at a show.
